150 journeys, 2,466 miles. What the early EndMile data shows.
In the last month, we had 150 journeys planned on EndMile.
Our user base is small but that represents 2,466 miles mapped across England and Scotland by professionals, consultants, and travel planners choosing our platform.
For the average user, this materialises as:
- A saving of £25.13 per trip
- 71% reduction in carbon emissions, avoiding around 26 kg CO₂e per trip
- 1 to 2 hours of productive time gained on a train vs driving on the motorway
On regional corridors between 150 and 250 miles, the numbers increased up to £40+ saved per journey, with carbon reductions consistently above 75%.
These are the corridors where the assumption is usually to drive. The comparison rarely gets done properly before someone sets off.

We are using this early data to shape what we build next for UK business travel.
So, if you travel for work, I would love for you to test one route you have travelled recently and tell me what you think of the door-to-door cost breakdown.
